Take 5 Mama
That's all you need to make your own skincare, literally. Five minutes and you have a month's worth of natural skincare and hair care for much cheaper than your store-bought faves.
I gotta admit, the most surprising fact to me when I started making my own skincare was when I learned how little time it actually took!
As a girl who values her free time more than anything, the last thing I wanted to be doing was adding ANOTHER task on my to-do list. I know you get it too!
But when I got the itch to create my own skin care products, both to save money and because I learned how well they actually work, I bit the bullet and set aside a few hours to get it done.
Boy was I way off! No exaggeration ladies, it literally took me two minutes to whip up some homemade lotion.
I was blown away. So on went and made me my hair rinse. Half a minute.
Sugar scrubs, 1 minute.
After-sun spray, 1 minute.
So add in time to get my ingredients out and package them in their containers, I just spent 5 minutes making 4 products and probably 4 minutes gettin' my shit together. 10 minutes of my life to make me some delicious goodies that would last me over a month!
What's my point here?
ANY BUSY MOM OR GIRL has the time to make her own shit. Lotions, sprays, creams, hair rinses...the works! You can totally do this mama!
